What’s included: you’ll have your own private apartment — complete with a separate entrance and a private terrace. The garden and spacious 90 m² pool are shared only with us, the owners, who live in the main house of the finca.

Maximum occupancy: 6 persons. A baby cot is available free on charge on request.

🛌 Minimum stay: high season (July & August): minimum stay 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday. Low and mid-season: minimum stay 2 nights, with flexible arrival days.

Displayed rates: The rate is based on 4 guests per night, with an additional charge per night of 50 euros for each extra guest. To see the exact price, simply enter your desired dates and number of guests, then click Search.

After selecting your travel dates, you will see a complete overview of the reservation: total nights, accommodation cost, and the required security deposit. Final cleaning is included in the price.

Deposit & payment: for bookings made more than 2 weeks before arrival: a 30% down payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance is due 2 weeks before arrival. Bookings made less than 2 weeks before arrival: the full accommodation cost is due immediately. The security deposit (€250) will be charged at least 2 weeks before arrival and refunded within 2 days after check-out, provided everything is in good order.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations made up to 2 weeks before arrival: the booking will be cancelled, the 30% down payment is non-refundable, but no further payment is required. Cancellations within 2 weeks before arrival: the full accommodation cost is due. The total accommodation costs must be paid no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival. If payment is not received on time, the booking may be cancelled.
